Hi Trevor! I am a barista from an independent cafe in Clifton Village, Bristol. I am relocating to Cardiff soon but I am in love with coffee and really hope to carry on being a barista. I did a little bit of research online and found the plan and you! I am half self-trained and have attended some training with Brian Wogan (local coffee brewer in Bristol). I am hoping to further my skills and knowledge in coffee from you and the respectable cafe. Please may I get in contact with you via email or I could pay a visit to the plan? I would love to show you my limited latte art work too! Thank you very much!

Hi Sin,
Nice to hear from you 🙂
Sure, you could get in touch by email, and of course you’re always welcome to pop in and say Hi at the cafe!
