My first ever Aeropress – just ordered!
By all accounts, when this arrives, I will be able to wave goodbye to any care for espresso, and troublesome decisions about its associated, clunky equipment! 😉

Great way to taste the components of the coffee and the best way to drink a filtered coffee.

Yeah – looks really promising. Just been reading about wet/dry filter papers, Swiss gold alternatives, and inverted brewing for the aeropress. Lately I’ve been drinking nearly all my coffee at home with simple single cup filters, so it’ll be interesting to compare. After watching Jim’s video for the cleaner cafetiere brewing method, I’m looking forward to trying that too, as, whilst I like the clean-cup clarity of the filters, I wonder how much the oils/flavour is affected by the paper …which could be a factor with the aeropress as well. So many options!

Awesome blog!
For the Aeropress, I love that one too. Great little coffeemaker, which has become a favourite for me ;D Bringing it everywhere.

Cheers!
It just arrived today with some Ethiopian Harar – can’t wait to give it whirl at the weekend …if I can wait ’till then! 🙂

Have you got a grinder? Or are you using pre ground?

I have got a doserless Rocky which I’ll be using for it – but I got some pre-ground Harar included free – so I’ll probably use that first.
